Sympacom was founded 2017 and has her office at Avenida da Liberdade 127 in Lisbon. Several shareholders own the company and guarantee an independent advice as there are no ownership of Portuguese RealEstate Companies or Advisores.

We are independent Advisors and act also as Investors for our Company. Sympacom LDA has builded up over the last two year a portfolio of Appartments in the historic part of Lisbon

(Bairro Alto) and small shops for local small traders and our Office. We rent our own properties out to the local market. The business in AirBnB we leave to others. Our special focus is on the Area of Lisbon and Alentejo.
